Paul McCarthy was born in Salt Lake City, Utah in 1945. He works mainly in video and sculpture. Some of his works we can consider as bizarre sculptures.

Proportion: I think McCarthy makes his sculptures big, with some of the proportions slightly askew to draw attention to the importance of certain elements in the depiction. In the second image, the humans have specific proportions, as well as the pigs, to get the point across about what is essential. 

Unity: McCarthy balances all of his pieces really well. It is never just one element being one size. In the first image, the large head is offset by the hat, and I think it balances everything out.
